My expertise is supporting the people who keep everyone else alive, afloat, and functioning.
Therapy with me is real, warm, and grounded.
A place to drop the armor and the curated competence and just be human.
I listen deeply. I ask thoughtful questions.
I’ll sit with you in the hard stuff and still somehow help you laugh again.
I’ve spent my career in spaces where people carry more than most.
I spent years in primary care clinics, medical systems, residency programs, start-ups, and fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.
Education
I earned my Doctorate at Pacific University, completed a two-year fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Healthcare
I then returned to Oregon to serve as Behavioral Health Clinical Director at OHSU’s Department of Family Medicine, where I trained physicians and expanded behavioral health services across multiple clinics.
Entrepreneur
Later, I co-founded Tend Health, a mental health company supporting healthcare professionals in 45 states. For five years, I worked exclusively with physicians and medical teams.
Those experiences changed me.
I saw how deeply professionals are struggling behind the scenes, how many leaders feel alone, how many professionals are quietly breaking down while still performing at a high level.
I blend the evidence-based approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with somatic awareness, trauma-focused, relational, and emotional-focused modalities.
Our work won’t be about convincing you to “just practice self-care.”
It will be about understanding what’s underneath the overwhelm: the impossible standards, the old narratives, the guilt, the grief, the fear of letting people down.
And then we build something sturdier. Something truer.
If you’ve ever thought, “I should be able to handle this,” or “What’s wrong with me?” then you belong here.
And you deserve care, too.
I work with people who are:
burned out and bone-tired
overwhelmed by work and home demands
drowning in perfectionism and self-criticism
grieving a loss or a life transition
questioning their identity or purpose
longing to feel like themselves again
I work with:
Physicians
Entrepreneurs
Executives
Business owners
Attorneys
Therapists
Nurses
Leaders
And other deeply responsible humans who have spent years caring for everyone else.
you don’t have to be impressive
you don’t have to be productive
you don’t have to pretend
You can exhale. You can fall apart a little.
You can say the thing you’ve never said out loud.
I’m a lover of Oregon trails, family time, good coffee, and quiet moments that replenish the soul. I believe in rest that actually restores, laughter that surprises, and the kind of conversations that change you.
If you’re tired of pushing through, tired of feeling like you’re losing yourself, tired of pretending,
